When buying a property not many understand about commissions, or they fear that they might have to pay too much for them. If you are buying, maybe you have thought about how much money you will need considering the property’s price and also the commissions.
But in the sunny estate of Florida for residential real estate transactions, the one who pays for the commissions is the seller. The standard commission is six percent of the home sales price. And this is divided equally between the buyer’s agent and the seller’s agent.
